Clip Farm LLC provides a platform to connect streamers and clippers. Streamers can grow their audience by sharing content, while clippers can monetize their skills. We provide tools and resources to facilitate these connections but do not guarantee any specific outcomes.

You agree not to engage in activities such as:

• Posting inappropriate or illegal content.
• Misusing the platform for spamming, harassment, or fraud.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content, design, graphics, trademarks, and other elements of our platform are owned by Clip Farm LLC or our licensors. You may not use or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

For paid features or services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees.
• Authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method.
• Acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy. Please refer to our refund policy for further details.

Clip Farm LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

We provide our services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Services at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, with the State of Wyoming serving as the jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these terms.

Any suspicion of bot activity by clippers detected by our system will result in immediate rejection of the clip. An investigation will be initiated, which may lead to the permanent ban of the clipper's account. In severe cases, a report will be made to the relevant authorities.

Clip Farm LLC may, at its sole discretion, make an affiliate or referral program available to eligible clippers. Participation in the affiliate program is optional and requires you to comply with all guidelines, codes of conduct, and eligibility criteria we communicate to you. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time without notice.

Affiliated clippers may generate a unique affiliate link through the platform. When a new user signs up for Clip Farm services using that link, the clipper may be eligible for a commission based solely on the net revenues that Clip Farm actually receives from that user's qualifying clipping activities. Revenues from other products or services, including but not limited to subscriptions, tips, sponsorships, merchandise, and any secondary affiliate programs, are expressly excluded from commission calculations.

The commission rate, qualifying revenue categories, payout schedule, minimum payout thresholds, and the duration of the commission window are determined exclusively by Clip Farm and may be changed at any time. We will calculate commissions in U.S. dollars based on our internal accounting records, and our calculations and decisions are final and binding. We may withhold or reverse commissions for suspected fraud, misuse, policy violations, chargebacks, refunds, or failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Affiliate links must not be shared in a misleading, deceptive, or spam-like manner, nor may they be used for self-referrals or any activity that could harm Clip Farm's reputation. You are solely responsible for ensuring your promotional materials comply with all disclosure, advertising, consumer protection, and privacy requirements in every jurisdiction where you promote your link.

Clip Farm reserves the unrestricted right to review, audit, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account, revoke any affiliate link, and deny, withhold, or claw back any affiliate commissions at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, and without liability to you. Upon termination of your affiliate status, all rights to unpaid commissions immediately cease.
